internal injury

bad day for me .... noon went for bball ... and onli juz starting playing some warm up, shemnon under the basket snatching for rebound, i jumped high in the air and he dash in and hit my legs ... i landed nearly sprain my whole left leg but i was lucky .. superb superb lucky i swear ... instead of spraining my left leg ... i landed by falling back wards thus saving my whole left leg .... but by falling backwards .... i pulled my hamstring muscle ... it super pain now .... but i am veri lucky that i falled backwards ..... now using pain killer to kill off the pain .... seriously pain now .... both of my leg now veri tired ... esp left leg .... pain .... seem like i cant do any sports a while ...
ok today matches well .. not so bad .. got win and lose ... so overall gain new experience ... some parts i played rough .... seriously i say myself old le .... run a while energy finish up fast ... muz head for gym some day le and go jogging .... i decided no MOre fast food next week ... A NO!!!! i will the most eat some finger food and then go home for my meal le ... save money and keep fit ... muz train bball oso .. played not as gd as b4 .... =(
